I am a third year PhD student in the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. I am working under the supervision of Prof. Kimon Fountoulakis . My research is focused on numerical, mathematical, and algorithmic reasoning with neural networks and large language models. Currently, I am working on auto-formalization and speeding up the formal verification of AI generated proofs.
I completed my MSc from 2021 to 2023 in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta under the supervision of Prof. Masoud Ardakani . I was an associate research intern in the Neural Architecture Search team at Huawei's Noah’s Ark in Edmonton, Canada from summer 2022 to summer 2023.
I received my BSc in Electrical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) as the highest-ranked student.
